As part of the exhibition "Maternités, archéologie de la figure maternelle" (Maternity, archaeology of the maternal figure) the teams of the Chronograph move to the Archives of Nantes in echo with the exhibition of the Archives of Nantes "Naître à Nantes". The workshop proposes to discover an important speciality of archaeology: archeo-anthropology. It is a question of understanding how the study of burials can inform us about individuals: their age, their size, their social status, their diet but also their diseases. What are the elements to look at? What do bones teach us about these humans from the past?
